Andrea and I spent much time studying and considering what our AZ. home should be. Our new home had to reflect our strong modernist aesthetic, sustainable principles, and our love for nature. It also needed to meet the needs of our growing family while staying within our tight budget.

Our solution was a sculptural 4K sq. ft. home-studio that offers views from every room. The plan is open on the main level where the public spaces are located. The lower level is devoted to the children with a center media/multipurpose room between the bedrooms. The master is set on the periphery for privacy and to enjoy the properties natural landscaping.
