FREDERICO VALDEZ III

Frederico Valdez (Freddie) grew up drawing, painting and building stuff - creating art. His art background allows him to be more creative with his designs. He has an instinct for what looks and feels good and can move beyond the technical aspects of the project. Freddie is committed to both the artistic and humanistic dimensions of architecture. He is not only passionate about design, but also believes that the client's program and the building functionality are of utmost importance.

Freddie is a graduate of the University of Texas Tech School of Architecture in Lubbock, Texas. There he received the coveted outstanding thesis award by the Architectural Alumni Association for his work on sustainable architecture.

Freddie is a licensed architect in CO. and AZ. He is also a part-time art professor at CMC in Breckenridge. He is married to Andrea and they have two children. Aside from being with his family and work, Freddie enjoys being outside and creating art.
