This 7000 square foot custom home is located in the Summit Estates Subdivision in Breckenridge CO. Given a steep downhill site, this home's design became linear running with the site's contours to minimize site disturbance. This also allowed the entry/garage level to be on grade and the lower level to enjoy a walk out on the back side of the home. The residence has a true heavy timber structure and these timbers are hand hewn giving a very rustic mountain feel. Native moss rock stone veneer, heavy timber siding with chinking and cedar shakes make up this home's exterior.
