Valdez Architects has recently finished the design for the first home in Western Sky Ranch, Breckenridge, CO. and we think it will set the tone for the rest of the subdivision. This rustic log home features 5983 sq. ft. of living space divided into three levels and a three car garage. The home will have 6 richly detailed bedroooms and 6.5 baths.

Outdoor spaces have been a focal point of the home from day one. The home has a huge deck off of the great room with a fireplace and full outdoor kitchen as well as a covered patio downstairs with a fireplace and an 8-person sunken hottub.

Valdez Architects is also the interior designer for the home, ensuring that exterior detailing flows seamlessly into the interior. Rich log trusses, beam work and stone chimneys flow from inside to outside. Every room is designed to be a unique work of art yet a common thread runs through the entire home.
