The Flower Residence is a rustic, 8000 square foot home sited on a horse ranch outside of Vail, Colorado. Comprised of ranch-inspired forms blended together into a coherent whole, the home appears modest from the street but opens up to huge views of the Colorado River in back. Building forms are not a literal interpretation of local traditions but are abstracted to create a unique and exciting home that pays tribute to its surroundings.
